Terms & Conditions and Right of Withdrawal

** Delivery Terms **

Delivery times are estimates and no guarentee, or compensation, is offered for delivery outside of the estimated window expect in the case of specified delivery upgardes to a guarenteed service, in which case the cost of delivery can be refunded if delivery estimates provided in the dispatch notification are not met.

Buyers are reasonable for all import taxes, duties, and fees. In the case of taxes collected by etsy at the point of sale, if the courier requests payment again for the same tax please message or email prior to payment as duplicate payments cannot be refunded.

Lost parcels must be reported with 21 days for international orders or 7 days for U.K. orders of the estimated delivery date. Damaged packaged must be reported within 7 days of delivery, and must show photographic proof of the damaged item and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for providing correct address details and verifying them. If the item was returned to sender then additional postage fees will apply for reposting or the cost of postage will be deducted from any refund. In the case of international packages, items may be destoryed depending on the policy of local postal services (i.e. USPS destorys some international invalid addressed parcels), in which case a replacement item can be sent at a reduced item price plus postage, but no refund can be offered unless the address error was due to the seller or couriers fault.

** Custom Orders **

Unless otherwise agreed expliclity by the seller, customs orders are exempt from the standard returns window, and can only be returned and/or refunded in the case of damaged goods or goods that fail to satisfy the agreed specifications, subject to agreement by both parties that the good fails to satisfy. The seller is in no way responsible for custom orders failure to fit purpose so long as the item(s) has been manufactuered to the agreed specifications.

Custom orders include, but are not limited to: colours not part of the standard offers of any of the sellers items; changes to dimensions outwith the listed options for sale; products or designs not currently or previously on sale, even if those items are made available for public sale after the custom order has been placed; existing products manufactered using materials or processes not offered as standard by the seller (i.e. resin prints rather than PLA/PLA+).
